T.J. Green is Clemson's 18th commitment.
The product of Sylacauga (Ala.) had been committed to UAB.
In a Tweet, Green said, "Committed to be a Clemson Tiger and nothing can change my mind! #ALLIN #RealTIGERS #HowardsRock #TheHILL."
Green was on his official visit to Clemson when he verbaled to the Tigers.
He was offered by Clemson last weekend.
Green is commit No. 18 for Clemson. The Tigers also added three-star athlete Marcus Edmond on Sunday.
On Monday, a Tigers coach waited to meet him at the airport as he returned from a visit to Cincinnati.
"My head is spinning a little," Green told 247Sports before his visit. "This is giving me a lot to think about. That offer was big. ... There's a good chance I could commit [to Clemson] next week if I like it.:"
The 6-feet-2, 189-pound Green was offered by Auburn only a few days ago.
He also recently picked up offers from Cal and Cincinnati.
"[Clemson] came to my school on Monday," Green said. "Coach Swinney came by. Him and an assistant. But I was still on my trip to Cincinnati. Coach Swinney had to get back, so an assistant came to talk to me, to meet me at the airport. That really let me know how much they wanted to talk to me. They said they saw my film and were like, 'Wow.' They said they called me as soon as they watched it."
Getting an offer from the Tigers meant a great deal, Green said.
"I knew a lot about Clemson," Green said. "I'm real excited about it. Everybody around me was excited. I like watching them play. I've been watching them for years. I like the way they win, and the way they play … and just the tradition they have."
