Chick-fil-A Bowl Game Thread

A little over 7 hours until kick off, but i'm getting excited for the game. What a huge step this would be for Clemson's program if they could get a win. What are your thoughts on the game going in? What do you think Clemson has to do to pull out a W? We will be posting in here from the press box once the games starts, and hopefully some of you will share your thoughts/comments on the game as well.

From our LSU site:
Hearing from a couple people that Russell Shepard isn't in the best graces of the staff right now and will likely have a limited role in tonight's game - if any role at all.
Shepard tweeted during practice over the weekend, a sign that he's not even working through drills with the team right now.
Tough end to a bumpy career at LSU for the former 5-star prospect

Just spoke w/ Tommy Moffit who is LSU's strength and conditioning coach. He was a very nice guy and has a way about how he carries himself. I told him Clemson's fanbase held him in high adoration. He asked me who was Clemson's strength and conditioning coach?

Not real sure why you try to run Watkins up the middle. What positive could possibly come of that?

Great protection from OL there, and Tajh connects on a long pass to DeAndre Hopkins. Clemson has ball on LSU's 42 yard line.

On that last drive, DeAndre Hopkins broke the single season receiving yardage record for Clemson with 1,243 yards.

Clemson's DL came to play. Goodman has 2 sacks so far. 3 of LSU's last 4 offensive plays have been sacks.
