My question is simply this: Is it true that the Big 12 has to have a championship game to make the 'Champions Bowl' with the SEC work? If the answer is yes, then it is obvious that expansion is not dead.
Also, has the ACC pushed for its members to sign a GOR on the TV rights? If you see Clemson sign a GOR, then you know we aren't going anywhere. If you don't see the ACC pushing for a GOR, then that tells me they KNOW the members won't sign it and are therefore keeping their options open.
