Tajh Boyd gets 7th round grade from NFL

  • On Boyd-
"Athletic college quarterback that’s a bigger threat running the ball rather than passing it.

  • Seems bout right. I love what boyd has acomplished and hes been a great team leader but hes not an nfl qb. Heck charlie cant even start in the nfl.

  • I don't think Tajh would be a high draft pick if he came out this year (probably round 4-6), but that list is absolutely laughable.

    Stephen Morris?
    Logan Thomas?
    James Franklin?
    Bryn Renner?

    Give me a break.

Also the guy doesn't even correctly scout Tajh. "more of a threat to run, than pass" No mention of his cannon arm. If Tajh goes to the NFL, he won't be running the ball too much I don't think.

I didnt even bother to read that...logan thomas as an nfl qb is the funniest thing ive heard today...sounds like that was a bit of a hatchet job piece

  • The Logan Thomas hype is and always has been laughable. Yes he may have some of the "tools" and "intangibles" to be a NFL QB, but he's missing the number 1 tool. He's just not very good.

Reminds me of another JaMarcus Russell. Future NFL bust.

  • Boyd needs more time to hone his skills as a passer, particularly footwork and reading coverages.

I'd also say I think he has Manual, Smith and Thomas all over valued in that list. I'd take Barkley first among the QB prospects.
