Im willing to bet butch jones will be shown the door in five yrs or less. He has piggybacked off brian kelly twice. He isnt walking into the same type of situation this time.

Damn it give the guy a chance.The players Kelly won with were for all practicle purposes not his recruits, so he "piggybacked" as well.

At this point, there is no reason that Butch Jones can't be our best coach. It's great to see the support that he has here and I hope it continues. Mr. North, I hope you come to Tennessee and continue the great receiver history for the Vols.

Just another opinion.Whats your opinion on where UT will end up in the recruiting rankings,so we won't have to wait 5 years to see if it's an educated opinion.

It is early to say just what Jones will do at TN however, if first impressions mean anything, you would perhaps loose your bet. We TN fans need to sit back and let him work. Our cumulative projections on games and wins, etc. for TN have not reached 500 either over the past 4-5 years, so I suppose we fans are not among the elite when it comes to betting. Luckily most of us do not put any money on our bets and as a result it makes little diffence. I say let's support Coach Jones and staff and see what they can do with this program and leave the betting to Las Vegas. Like Kelley there are a lot of knowledgeable FB people that are very high on Butch Jones.

With Dylan Thompson I think SC will be fine. As far as Butch Jones goes he has won everywhere he has gone. Recruited better than Brian Kelly as well. He'll be fine.
