Mon's mom said Clemson was a close second. She loved the school, but he picked Auburn and she said she was cool with that.

Mon said he made his decision on Sunday, but told only Rodney Garner.

Everyone there said Garner was a huge piece of the puzzle. But so was Lawson.

The mentor that some people on the boards thought would push Mon to UGA was there and just as happy as anyone else. He's a successful young guy with a wife and kids. He said things really got stressful over the last 4 or 5 days.

Mon had numerous positive things to say. His mother told me he hated having to call Dabo and tell him he was going somewhere else.
