Hobby and Elliott just started recruiting there last year so a lot of the work is starting to pay off. It will continue to pay dividends with Elliott in the area.

Seems like we need to improve numbers in NC as well. Lot of talent in NC now.

Obviously we have to be more productive in Georgia and NC. I think Tony Elliott is making some good in roads in Georgia, but i'd reassess the North Carolina territories and put a stronger recruiter in Charlotte.
